01 The problem

Your business got good. Your brand stayed where it was.

It happens to most companies that grow on referrals. The work improves, the clients get bigger, and the website still describes the business you were five years ago. Prospects can't see what makes you different, so they compare you on price.

That last part is the expensive one.

05 About

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I've spent 25 years leading creative where the stakes were high and the details mattered: luxury, mass retail, B2B tech, experiential and print production. Not Brad's is where I take that experience straight to founders and owners, with no agency layers in between.

The name? I came home to the family land in Northern Wisconsin. My brother Brad claimed it was his. So I built a business on it and named it accordingly.

06 How I work

Senior attention. No meeting bloat.

You work with me directly. A project manager keeps the schedule, the files and the follow-through tight, and vetted specialists come in when the work calls for them. Senior thinking in the room, a team behind it.

Everything is remote.
Video and email. Where you're based doesn't matter.
02
Sessions run 45 minutes.
Long enough to decide. Short enough to stay sharp.
03
Written first.
Every engagement opens with a written intake, so our time goes to decisions, not discovery.
07 Straight answers

Questions people ask first.

What kind of businesses do you work with? +
Founders, owners and operators who are ready for their brand to catch up with their business. Startups, Wisconsin family companies, service firms that grew on referrals. Size matters less than appetite.
How do I know if this is worth it? +
Because half-measures haven't worked. If you're here, your brand probably isn't working as hard as your business is, and that shows up in your pricing, your close rate and your hiring. Start with a $750 Gut Check. In 45 minutes you'll know whether there's a problem worth paying to fix.
What do you actually do? Like… specifically? +
Brand strategy, messaging, websites and social media. I work out what makes you worth choosing, say it plainly, then build the places people find you: your website, your social channels, your sales story. It looks good. More importantly, it works.
Are you an agency? +
No, on purpose. No bloated timelines, no ten-person calls where nothing gets decided. You work directly with me, backed by a project manager who keeps everything moving and specialists I bring in when a project calls for them.
Do you offer packages or custom quotes? +
Both. Strategy runs on fixed prices: the Gut Check, the Rewire and fractional creative direction are all on the pricing page. Websites and social media are scoped to what you actually need, and you get a fixed quote before anything starts.
What if I just need a quick logo? +
You don't. You need a brand that works. A logo without strategy is fresh paint on a cracked foundation. If you want fast and cheap, we're not your farm. If you want it done right, let's talk.
Will you tell me if my current brand sucks? +
Yes. With love, clarity and receipts.
